You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oke8 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. oke8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You must notify oke8 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, believe your credentials have been compromised, or notice any suspicious transactions on your account.
oke8 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on account activity pending verification. During a verification hold, you may continue to play using any existing real-money balance, but deposits and withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

oke8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, oke8 is entitled to forfeit the balance held in the account. Where closure is for reasons not attributable to Player fault (e.g., regulatory changes), oke8 will return the verified account balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may voluntarily close your oke8 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC verification. Voluntary account closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations to oke8.

Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required by law to take effect immediately) may be implemented without advance notice. Nothing in this clause shall limit oke8's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms & Conditions, particularly with respect to intellectual property rights, account security, or fraud prevention.
